Paul established CIP in 2003 and in his role as CEO is responsible for the company’s operations with a focus on strategic direction. Paul has utilised his extensive experience in the development and construction industry to oversee and manage the significant growth of the business to position CIP as a leading developer and builder of industrial and business park facilities in Australia.
Paul has over 30 years’ experience across all aspects of construction and property development and prior to CIP held senior executive positions at Walker Corporation and Australand (currently Frasers).
Therese was a key part of the inception of CIP in 2003 and is responsible for the company’s activities and performance and oversees the day to day operations of the business including managing all legal and governance issues for the business.
Therese has over 25 years’ experience within the property industry across various roles, with significant expertise in the structuring of property transactions. Therese has played an integral role in establishing CIP’s specialist position in the commercial and industrial market.
Prior to CIP, Therese held senior executive positions at Australand (currently Frasers) and Walker Corporation, and previously spent 10 years at leading law firm Mallesons (currently King & Wood Mallesons).
Nick is responsible for new developments at CIP and leads a team of development managers, estimators and in house architects. Nick has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry across the industrial, commercial and residential sectors. Nick commenced with CIP in 2006 as a Senior Project Manager and has held various senior positions with the business. Nick was integral to the establishment of CIP’s construction division and after being appointed Construction Manager, was responsible for all construction projects nationally.
Prior to CIP, Nick held senior positions in construction and project management at Leighton Contractors including responsibility for the delivery of the $680 million Westpac headquarters in Sydney, and Lend Lease in Australia and the United Kingdom.
Robert joined CIP in 2007 and is responsible for ensuring project delivery meets or exceeds the expectations of CIP and it’s clients.
Robert has more than 30 years’ experience in the civil and building industry. Prior to joining CIP, Robert held various senior positions at Walker Corporation and Australand (currently Frasers) spanning 26 years including General Manager Construction for Walker Corporation’s construction division, followed by his appointment to the national role of General Manager Construction with Australand’s Commercial and Industrial division.
Adrian joined CIP in 2008 and is responsible for new business with a focus on acquisitions and business development. Adrian has over 20 years’ experience in the property sector and has assisted CIP with its activities in the pre-lease, land development, construction and joint venture operations utilising a broad network of contacts throughout Australia.
Prior to CIP, Adrian held senior positions with Jones Lang LaSalle and various roles in development, agency and asset management.
Daniel has responsibility for Construction at CIP extending across all areas of the department including design, cost reporting, project control, resource control and implementation of innovative construction methods.
Daniel joined CIP in 2006 as a site engineer and has held various senior roles in the business. Daniel has over 10 years’ experience in the building and construction industry including project and construction management of industrial and commercial projects. Prior to CIP, Daniel held various positions at J. K. Williams Contracting, and Leighton Contracting.
Mark joined CIP in 2006 and oversees the successful procurement and administration of all contracts for the construction division. Mark works with the executive team, adding experience and expertise that promotes the continued growth of CIP.
Mark has over 25 years’ experience in the building and construction industry and has extensive expertise in contract administration and management. Prior to CIP, Mark held senior roles with Walker Corporation and Australand (currently Frasers) including National Manager, Contracts & Administration in Australand’s Apartments Division.
Doug commenced with CIP in 2017 and is responsible for the establishment and management of CIP’s investment group and all aspects of the CIP’s investment management activities.
Doug has over 25 years’ experience across all aspects of management and governance of listed and unlisted real estate funds, board and public reporting, including formulating and executing property strategies, capital transactions, governance, development and asset management.
Prior to CIP, Doug held senior management positions within ING Real Estate Canada, ING Industrial Fund, and Armstrong Jones, and was principal of a boutique consultancy and advisory business.

CIP was established in 2003 by the founding Directors with a clear vision and strong drive to become a major force in the property industry.
