Upon practical completion, CIP apply a comprehensive handover program to ensure that our clients enjoy a smooth and successful move.

COMPLETION HANDOVER

This involves training staff in the operation and maintenance of all facility equipment and the building’s technical features, which may be complex in a state-of-the-art facility.

Our objective is to ensure our client’s facility operates to optimum efficiency from day one of occupation.

POST COMPLETION SERVICE AND PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

CIP has developed a preventative maintenance regime that is strictly followed to ensure optimum performance throughout the design life.
