CIP OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE

Commercial & Industrial Property Pty Ltd (CIP) is owned by two distinct groups, each controlling 50% of the share capital. The first group is a consortium of foundation members associated with the CIP senior executive team and the second group is Charter Hall Group (CHC), who entered the CIP share register in 2007.
