CIP OWNERSHIP STRUCTURE
Commercial & Industrial Property Pty Ltd (CIP) is owned by two distinct groups, each controlling 50% of the share capital. The first group is a consortium of foundation members associated with the CIP senior executive team and the second group is Charter Hall Group (CHC), who entered the CIP share register in 2007.
CHC is one of Australia’s leading specialist property fund management and development groups with over $15 billion in funds under management across wholesale, listed and unlisted equity sources.
